Wow feels like ages since Ive let my life speil out onto the anabraic page before me..

Lots has changed in the last wee while, too much to put down at this precise moment.

Life is good! Thigns have moved on, new accomadation, new people, fresh start, lovely Lass who sends me arty letters .. things really couldn't be much better. I'm exactly where I want to be in the system that is life and yet still there is that longing for something more.

That gnawing feeling that as great as things are I'm still not completely content with life. Is simply a silent strive to continually improve waht I have? Is it greed for more (i don't think Ive succomed fully to the "Want More Than I'll ever Have Society" just yet)...
No it's something greater.

Let me ask a question.

God, what does that name/statement/phrase mean to you.

Past the hollow sculpted Churches and the airy fairy stuff, beyond the pastors who either bore or upset you... is there something else?

Personally experience in a place where Christians decide that this life isnt it and that their view of God was not to tell people what to think and do and demand you to enter a church and give them your money, are a people who love God for what he was Originally intended to be.
Our Father.

These people go out in the early hours of the morning to the clubs and pubs, scooping up the needy, calling taxis, breakign up fights, being theere to talk to not forcing a sermon.
They serve the poeple. They go and serve the community in homeless shelters through a coffee shop/gift shop/spa company.

Its incredible. And this year I have had the honour of joining them.

They are not here to force a mindset of control. They are here showing Gods love and answering questions, praying and seeing God heal and provide answers to the needy.

That is the God I serve and have come to love. A Father who loves his kids and wants them whole.

Relationship with God is somehtign to be strived for and as I strive I find both difficulties and great reward from patience and prayer and worship.

Its an intresting concept. Plus the crime rate in this place has "dropped by 34% as a direct influence of Street Angels" - This was a police spokes person.

Prett awesome stuff.

I guess the longing is for more of God.
But how do we attain it?
